What's Going On In There Week 24!

Yay for Mondays!

I'm sure you all are thinking no Mondays do not get any sort of yays!

But it's time for another Monday edition of What's Going On In There Week 24 edition!

This should at least shake those Monday Blues off of you for a little bit at least!

So let's see what growing and developing Little Miss will be doing this week!

Uterus: While soccer isn't one of mommy's favorite sports it sure is her daddy's and this week the uterine home for Little Miss is topping out about an inch or two above my belly button and is about the size of a soccer ball!

Taste Buds: It's time to really share my favorite foods with Little Miss because this week her taste buds are developing!

Lungs: Little Miss's respiratory tree is growing branches and cells that will produce Surfactant. Surfactant will help the air sacs inside of her lungs inflate easily!

Skin: This development of the week is on the mommy side! As my body grows and stretches to make room for our growing Little Miss the skin will stretch and become itchy or dry. Thank goodness for the cocoa butter lotion I try to apply daily to help with itching, dryness, and once I start to get them stretch marks!

So that ends this week of What's Going On In There!

But we still have 14-16 weeks to go!
